Fazla Rabby is the Senior Manager of KT Sutphin. He has been part of the KT Family since 2005 when he was a K-6 student at Jackson Heights. He has instructed at the K-6 level and Hunter College High School level, and went on to be the lead Quality Manager at Jackson Heights. Fazla is a graduate of the Bronx High School of Science and currently attends Hunter College, where he double majors in Economics and Biochemistry. He is a fan of the NY Giants and Knicks, and enjoys driving his car and watering his bonsai plants in his free time.
Meethila Rahman (Tanha)
Meethila Rahman is a Common Core Quality Manager at KT Sutphin. She became a part of the KT family in 2013 and has instructed at the K-6 and SHSAT level. Meethila is a graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School and currently attends Queens College where she is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Biology. She later hopes to acquire a Masters in Public Health. In her spare time, Meethila likes to swim, explore the great outdoors, and cook new recipes.
Monishee Matin is the Quality Manager at KT Sutphin. She joined the KT Family as an Instructor in July 2016. Monishee is a graduate of the Bronx High School of Science and is currently studying Psychology at New York University. Monishee enjoys reading books, motivating people, and playing board games!
Cynthia Sianturi is a Quality Manager at KT Sutphin. She started off as an intern at KT Sutphin in 2015. In that same year, she moved up to an Instructor. Cynthia graduated from Queens Gateway to Health Sciences Secondary School and is currently enrolled in Baruch College studying International Business. Cynthia loves playing piano, going on road trips, and trying new foods!

Moontasin Rahman is the Data Manager at KT Sutphin. She joined the KT family as an HSAP instructor in KT Sutphin in 2015. Moontasin moved up the KT ladder as an SAT instructor and then took on the role of Data Manager. Moontasin is a graduate of The Bronx High School Science and currently attends Fordham University as a Public Accounting major. In her free time, Moontasin enjoys traveling to new places and trying new cuisines.
Aishwarya Subramanian is an SHSAT instructor at KT Sutphin. She joined the company as an HSAP instructor in the spring of 2015. Aishwarya graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School and is currently studying Computer Science at Queens Honors College of CUNY. Aishwarya enjoys watching old movies, visiting art museums, and traveling.
Faysal Bhuiyan is a SHSAT instructor at KT Sutphin. He joined the KT Family as an HSAP instructor in KT Sutphin in 2017. He enjoyed helping out the SHSAT team and moved up. Faysal is a graduate of the Queens High School for the sciences at York college and currently attends Hunter College majoring in Biochemistry. In his free time Faysal enjoys playing basketball, learning new jokes and spending time with Family and friends.
Isabel Abonitalla puts the "quality" in Quality Manager as she leads the High School Achievement Program at KT Sutphin. She joined the KT Family on March 2017 as a Common Core Instructor and has since moved to the HSAP department. Isabel is a graduate of Newtown High School and currently attends Hunter College, majoring in Quantitative Biology. When she decides on a specialty, she plans on getting a PhD and becoming a biomedical researcher. In her free time, Isabel enjoys making people laugh, treating herself to makeup and nail polish, and watching TV shows.
Charlene Kotei is a SAT instructor at KT Sutphin. She has been a part of the KT team since 2017 when she first started as an HSAP Instructor at KT Jamaica. Charlene scored in the 97th percentile on the SAT. She graduated top of her class from Bedford Academy High School and proceeded to enroll at the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education/CUNY School of Medicine. Charlene is currently in a 7 years BS/MD program, as she aspires to be a physician-scientist in the near future. Whenever she is not studying, working, or sleeping, Charlene loves to be spontaneous. Whether it be sports, cooking, photography, or backpacking around the world, she does it all. Her life is full of adventures, and she loves to share them with her students as she simultaneously grooms them for success.
